A life changing event led to my own rediscovery in 2007. Because of the way I was helped by a career coach and a great therapist I ignited the drive to do the same for others and to pay it forward.

For more than a decade I have been dedicating my work to helping others 'have a good conversation with themselves.' My clients describe me as 'compassionatly confronting' with a twist of humor. 

How it works

As a professional I believe that coaching or therapy is tailor made. In a first session we gather what's going on, what your struggles are and how you feel think and behave in relation to those struggles.

After that we can pinpoint what the first steps are and what your actionplan will be. I don't sell therapy or coaching packages, you get what you need.

How I work

I work with different styles of coaching and therapy depending on what the situation needs. Examples are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Hypnosis, Visualization, EFT, RET, and many more.
