Struggling with keeping in mind at once all the details you need for a project or a task doesn't need to stop you from doing what you want to do.
Try "externalizing" your memory by using a whiteboard, a big piece of paper, post-it notes to write down the details and placing them somewhere you can see all of them at once. Play around with them until the spacial organisation of the information makes you feel "on top of it".
If you rather work on your computes and are not a pen-and-paper person you could use a second screen to create more visible space to sort around information.
