If you often have many short(er) boring tasks try not to plan each of them separately, but rather a time for boring stuff. Allocate then a few of the boring tasks in the same slot aiming to do one or max 2 of them. Choose in the moment which ones you want to do.
Having a choice can help your motivation, as well as allowing yourself to go with the one(s) which feel in the moment less boring.
This technique doesn't work that well with complex boring tasks, and of course not with urgent tasks.
