A technique to set your boundary with someone who doesn't listen to or respect your "no"- Broken record. While stating that you understand the other's request, calmly keep repeating your "no" over and over again, regardless of how many times or in how many different ways the request is made. This WILL create discomfort for you, but you can feel that discomfort, without giving in.
