1. Fight: Generally seen as irritation, aggression, perfectionism or over-controlling behaviour
2. Flight: Generally seen as leaving the situation that triggers anxiety
3. Freeze: Generally seen as procrastination, bingeing behaviours or over-sleeping.
4. Fawn: Generally seen as people pleasing behaviour
